Jackpott's Kida (SIA b) is the first foundation cat we used. We hope we will be able to use more foundation cat over time since it's very important for the Snowshoe breed with new bloodlines. As long as the snowshoe breed is as rare as it is, it's most important not to overuse individual cats within the breed so as to create a week breed later on. Fortunately many Snowshoe breeders know this and are doing outcrosses to foundation cats.
